岗位职责

* Financial leadership and compliance

1. Support RFC in performing financial accountability within the Region by preparing and analysing useful information, identifying and managing financial risk, and driving the business in alignment with comanay strategy

* Accounting, financial reporting

1. Ensure the accounting operations of branches including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost and inventory accounting, fixed assets accounting

2. Prepare and provide accurate financial statements in a timely manner in compliance with policies and guidelines

3. Ensure monthly review of P&L and balance sheet of branches and region, including balance sheet reconciliation, accruals, advance payments to suppliers etc.

4. Ensure the management of fixed assets and inventory and related procedures, e.g. regular stock taking variance analysis

* Regional Performance Management

1. Assist RFC in regional and branch performance review; analyze performance gaps with relevant functions; follow up the action plans

2. Ensure active participation of (region/branch) Finance in monthly review of NI project status, i.e. based on project milestone, billing and collection progress, GR, revenue, project closure, plan cost update

* Planning and analysis

1. Prepare and consolidate budget information using the designated tools and reports defined by HO.

2. Prepare monthly rolling forecast, conduct variance analyses financially and operationally

* Other assignments from direct superior.

任职资格

Education: College degree in Finance or Accounting major

Working Experience: Minimum 3 years’ relevant hands on experience in multinational company

Language: Good English skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing

Computer skills: Good command of MS Office s/w application, i.e. WORD,EXCEL,PowerPoint, etc. Other Specialties: Good finance knowledge. Good at SAP (practical operational experience). Excellent problem solving skills. Good interpersonal skills and communication ability.
